Fundamental elements of the managing board´s remuneration system –
item §4.2.3 sentence 8 of the german corporate governance code

  • The members of the Managing Board receive a fixed remuneration.
  • The members of the Managing Board also receive a variable remuneration in the amount of 2,5% of the consolidated results before income taxes and before bonuses. The variable remuneration is due for payment two weeks subsequent to the adoption of the consolidated financial statements.
  • Upon payment of this remuneration all of the activities performed by the members of the Managing Board for the company are satisfied.
