according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares her Voting
Rights on mwb fairtrade Wertpapierhandelsbank AG, Gräfelfing, Deutschland,
ISIN: DE0006656101, WKN: 665610, have exceeded the 3% and 5% limit of the
Voting Rights on May 28, 2008 and now amount to 6.35% (this corresponds to
474648 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 6.35% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 474648 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Ms Haenisch via Posovatz Verwaltungs GbR.
