In accordance with Section 104 of German Company Law, Munich Local Court, appointed the lawyer Mr. Thomas Mayrhofer, Munich, as the successor of the late Paul Berwein as member of the Supervisory Board of MWB Wertpapierhandelshaus AG.

Following his positions as Head of the Legal Department at Gebr. März AG, Rosen-heim, and as Partner at the firm of solicitors Wannemacher & Partner, Mr. Mayrhofer founded the law office Mayrhofer & Partner. He is a specialist in company and capital market law.
