Designated sponsoring allows us to help mainly small and mid-sized stock corporations increase their presence on the capital markets. Central to this is the improvement of their market capitalization and ensuring the tradability of the securities all times. Through the use of a variety of complementary services, such as capital-market advising or replacement of shares, we also help to improve the financial substance of these companies.
IPO advising and listings
As a securities trading bank with an issuing license, mwb fairtrade is authorized to execute IPOs on its own or together with other banks. What we offer here especially to small and mid-sized stock corporations is a cooperation on equal footing with them. As an alternative to an IPO, we also assist companies in simpler forms of entry to the capital markets. This includes listings on the OTC markets or entry to the less stringent Entry Standard of the Deutsche Börse or to M:access of the Munich Stock Exchange.
